Hungerford Cottage is located in the quiet village of Minstead, just 2 miles from Lyndhurst the New Forest’s capital . Minstead has a wonderful village shop , serving  newspapers, local foods, freshly brewed coffee. The Trusty Servant, the village pub serves a selection of local ales and home-cooked meals.

The cottage, originally the village post office, offers self catering accommodation situated in the ancient woodland of the New Forest.

Accommodation Sleeps 4: comfortable living room with wood burning stove, Digital TV & DVD player. Bedroom one;  double bed with  forest views, bedroom  two has full size bunk beds, large modern bathroom & shower,  attractive fully fitted kitchen with seating for 4, microwave &  washing machine. The cottage is Wi-Fi enabled. All bed linen & towels provided. Dogs only by prior agreement.  No smoking.

Outside;  sit and enjoy the view over the green from the patio, watching the ponies graze. Secure storage for bikes. Parking is by cottage.
