When you have decided when you want to hire the cottage, please call us on 023 8028 3046 to confirm the cottage is still available.

30% deposit secures your booking. The outstanding balance is required eight weeks prior to arrival.

Full payment is required if your booking is less than eight weeks prior to your arrival date.

We will provisionally hold the cottage for 5 days awaiting the deposit and booking form.

Once we have received your deposit and booking form, we will send you confirmation of your booking in writing.

A deposit of £50 is also required to cover any additional cleaning, damages or breakages. This deposit will be returned 10 days after your stay if the cottage is left as found clean and tidy as found with no accidental breakages or damage.

One well behaved dog,with own bed, accepted. £25 charged for their stay.
